Leadership in the 'New Normal'

The pandemic has brought in massive changes in the way organi- zations operate and individiuals work. In short, the way things were at the beginning of March 2020 is very different from how things are today. The "new normal" for any organization is disrup- tion and change which requires the leaders to pivot with agility and resilience.
