Agenda of SAC RM-08 (30/03/2023)

The 8th SAC RM meeting will be convened on 30th March 2023, from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm IST at NLHC 101. Any councilor who can't attend the meeting “shall intimate the Speaker in writing, in advance”. via mail to speaker@nitc.ac.in  (Ref: Chap III 5 E). The agenda will be as follows:

    1. EC shall report on the current status of their activities
  3. List of transactions ( *items which cannot be addressed in the stipulated time will be carried over to the next meeting)
    1. Changes in Academic Calendar
    2. Tathva T-shirts
    3. Ragam
      1. Opt out List
      2. T Shirt Distribution
      3. T Shirt Design
    4. PG representation in all councils
    5. Fixing dates for SAC RMs
    6. Reservation in EC
    7. Hostels
      1. Parking in MHB 2
      2. Update on the LH Notice Board
      3. Caution Deposit for 2022 Graduates
      4. Mosquitoes in MHB 2
      5. Dog nuisance in MHB 1
    8. Status of the SAC Building and further plans
    9. Cleanliness of the OAT
  1. HRA of PhD Scholars and Apartment Allocation
  2. Items in the contingency - section of computer consumables
  3. Inconvenience caused due to improper communication
  1. Any item not on the Agenda with the support of one-third of the floor strength of the SAC or at least 10% of the GSB. (if time permits)
