Agenda of SAC RM-06 (20/02/2023)

The 6th SAC RM meeting will be convened on 20th February 2023, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm IST at the Bhaskara Hall. Any councillor who can't make it to the meeting “shall intimate the Speaker in writing, in advance”. via mail to speaker@nitc.ac.in  (Ref: Chap III 5 E). The agenda will be as follows:

  1. Announcements
    1. Briefing the B22 Councillors
    2. Report by the Constitution Re-Drafting Committee
  2. Reports of the Executives
    1. EC shall report on the current status of their activities
  3. List of transactions ( *items which cannot be addressed in the stipulated time will be carried over to the next meeting)
    1. Mental Health of Students
    2. Working of the Health Centre, issues related to Health Services
    3. Stipend for M.Tech Students
    4. Follow up on the Political Issues on Campus
    5. PDA
    6. Dog Nuicance in SOMS
    7. System for Buses
    8. Architecutre Studio
    9. Discussion on the Recommendations of the SAC Constitution Re-Drafting committee
      1. Women's Reservation in the EC
      2. Need for a Female HAS
      3. Other recommendations
    10. Agendas proposed by the previous SAC
      1. Double Placement Policy
  1. Any item not on the Agenda with the support of one-third of the floor strength of the SAC or at least 10% of the GSB. (if time permits)
