Agenda of SAC RM-04 (04/11/2022)

The 4th SAC RM meeting will be convened on 04 November 2022, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm IST at NLHC 101. Any councillor who can't make it to the meeting “shall intimate the Speaker in writing, in advance”. via mail to speaker@nitc.ac.in  (Ref: Chap III 5 E). The agenda will be as follows:

  1. Announcements
    1. Publishing of the Code of Procedures
    2. Conducting Elections for the B22 Councillors
    3. Office Duty for SAC Councillors
  2. Reports of the Executives
    1. EC shall report on the current status of their activities
  3. List of transactions ( *items which cannot be addressed in the stipulated time will be carried over to the next meeting)
    1. Connectivity Issues in MHL, C Hostel
    2. Channels for Swayam Courses and Guidelines for Open Electives
    3. The new fee structure in Gym
    4. Institute-tagged umbrella in every hostel
    5. Increase in Guest Rates in Hostel Messes
    6. Hybrid Mess System in Hostels
    7. Safety Concerns in LH
    8. Constitution Redrafting Committee
    9. Setting up of a Delivery Counter inside Campus
    10. Reopening of the Main Canteen
    11. Study Halls for B21 students in both Academic and Hostel Premises
    12. Revision of the Campus Bus System
    13. Setting up a pharmacy/medical store inside campus
    14. Health Centre Inactivity
  1. Any item not on the Agenda with the support of one-third of the floor strength of the SAC or at least 10% of the GSB. (if time permits)
