Agenda of SAC RM-04 (04/04/2022)

The 4th SAC Regular Meeting will be convened on Monday 4th April 2022, from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm IST. Any councillor who can't make it to the meeting “shall intimate the Speaker in writing, in advance”. (Ref: Chap III 5 E). The agenda will be as follows:

  1. Ratification of minutes
  2. Announcements
  3. Unfinished transactions
    1. Introducing double placement policy
    2. The increased amount of dogs inside campus premises
    3. Reservation for other genders in the EC
    4. Academic and Research Committee (ARC)
    5. Female HAS post in the EC
    6. Updating the CGPA Criteria for EC Elections
    7. Change of the eligibility criteria for the Speaker and Deputy Speaker
  4. Reports of Executives
    1. Final Report
  5. Transactions ( *items which cannot be addressed in the stipulated time will be carried over to the next meeting)
  1. Any item not on the Agenda with the support of one-third of the floor strength of the SAC or at least 10% of the GSB. (if time permits)
