Agenda of SAC RM-03 (13/02/2022)

The 3rd SAC meeting will be convened on Sunday 13th February 2022, from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm IST. Any councilor who can't make it to the meeting “shall intimate the Speaker in writing, in advance”. (Ref: Chap III 5 E). The agenda will be as follows:

  1. Ratification of minutes
  2. Announcements
  3. Unfinished transactions
  4. Reports of Executives
  5. Transactions ( *items which cannot be addressed in the stipulated time will be carried over to the next meeting)
    1. Even Semester Elections
    2. Changes in the SAC EC duties
    3. Social Welfare Committee
    4. Scholarship Help Desk
    5. Introducing double placement policy
    6. Campus Rejoin
    7. The increased amount of dogs inside campus premises
    8. Reservation for other genders in the EC
    9. ARC & PG AAS
  1. Female HAS post in the EC
  2. Updating the CGPA Criteria for EC Elections
  3. Change of the eligibility criteria for the Speaker and Deputy Speaker
  1. Any item not on the Agenda with the support of one-third of the floor strength of the SAC or at least 10% of the GSB. (if time permits)
