Agenda of SAC RM-03 (04/08/2022)

The 3rd SAC RM meeting will be convened on 04 August 2022, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm IST at NLHC 101. Any councillor who can't make it to the meeting “shall intimate the Speaker in writing, in advance”. via mail to speaker@nitc.ac.in  (Ref: Chap III 5 E). The agenda will be as follows:

  1. Ratification of the Draft of Minutes - RM 03
  2. Announcements
    1. Duties for the Councillors
    2. Functions of the Executive Committee
    3. Amendments passed by the previous SAC
  3. Reports of the Executives
    1. EC shall report on the current status of their activities
  4. List of transactions ( *items which cannot be addressed in the stipulated time will be carried over to the next meeting)
    1. Regarding SAC Help Desk (Financial, Travel, Scholarship, Insurance)
    2. Issues regarding New Mega Hostel
    3. Academic Registration Monsoon Semester
    4. Issues pertaining to income certificate
    5. Submission of proposal by EC to authority without discussing in SAC
    6. Delay of RM Meet
    7. Introduction of proposals initiated by SAC 2021-’22
    8. Increase authentication refresh time in hostel premises
    9. Connectivity issues in MHL
    10. Channels for Swayam Courses and Guidelines for Open Electives
    11. Street light in commonly used areas (C gate to new mega gate)
    12. Survey of Water Purifiers
    13. The new fee structure in Gym
    14. Institute tagged umbrella in every hostel
  5. Any item not on the Agenda with the support of one-third of the floor strength of the SAC or at least 10% of the GSB. (if time permits)
