The 2nd SAC RM meeting will be convened on 15th June 2022, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm IST. Any councillor who can't make it to the meeting “shall intimate the Speaker in writing, in advance”. via mail to speaker@nitc.ac.in  (Ref: Chap III 5 E). The agenda will be as follows:

1. Announcements
   1. Finance Committee
   2. Code of Procedure for submitting queries and grievances by the GSB (to be published once the councils are established )
   3. Regarding the formation of Consultative, and the working committee.
2. Reports of the Executives
   1. EC shall report on the current status of their activities
   2. Regarding the formation of respective Councils
3. List of transactions ( *items which cannot be addressed in the stipulated time will be carried over to the next meeting)
   1. Library
      1. Extension of library timing to 9:00 PM as there are regular classes till 5:00
      2. Opening of Library during the weekends
   2. Spamming of Institute Mail
      1. Unnecessary Mails
      2. Trade of Items
      3. Lost and Found
   3. Dogs on Campus
   4. Network Issues in Hostels
   5. Proposal to bring Premium Restaurants inside the campus
   6. Fees hike for M22 MBA
   7. Pride Month Celebration

1. SAC Help Desk (Financial, Travel, Scholarship, Insurance)
2. Submission of Financial Report of Tathva’21

1. Any item not on the Agenda with the support of one-third of the floor strength of the SAC or at least 10% of the GSB. (if time permits)
