The 1st SAC meeting will be convened on 18th December 2021, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm IST. Any councillor who can't make it to the meeting “shall intimate the Speaker in writing, in advance”. (Ref: Chap III 5 E). The agenda will be as follows:

   1. Finance Committee Election
   2. Code of procedure for GSB
   3. Registration Sub Committee
   4. SAC Working Committee
3. Unfinished transactions
   1. SCI relaxation
   2. Orientation program,
      1. M21/M20 orientation program
      2. Career opportunities for BTech Students
   3. Anti-ragging initiatives,
   4. Campus Facilities,
      1. Extention of Study Hall  and make it also available on the weekend
      2. Providing more Waste-Bins across the campus
      3. Extention of Library timings and make it also available on the weekend
      4. Creative Zone Renovation (the planks are deteriorating )
      5. Introduction of better e-library facilities

1. Club Activities,
   1. M21 inductions
   2. Weekly activities for students to keep them engaged
2. HRA for students
3. Online Counseling
4. Mentorship Program for B21 students
5. Graduation Certificate Revision
6. 24hr laboratory for PhD students

1. Reports of Executives
   1. Status of Council formation
   2. Permission for necessary relaxations in guidelines given in the constitution.
2. Transactions ( *items which cannot be addressed in the stipulated time will be carried over to the next meeting)

1. Any item not on the Agenda with the support of one-third of the floor strength of the SAC or at least 10% of the GSB. (if time permits)
