Mass Mailing was a common student response in NITC which, as the name suggests, has a lot of students mailing their opinions and takes on the same issue. This could be due to varied reasons, like new administrative changes that the student body does not welcome or anything that can cause displeasure among students. This was considered a way of protesting the undemocratic way many decisions pertaining to the students were taken by the administration. But this practice has more or less died down due to the tough stance taken by the administration of suspending student mail IDs if emails they deem "unnecessary" are sent through the All-Mail
